Text: Romans 1:14-18
14I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.
15So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
16For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

Message
“Outside of the cross of Jesus Christ, there is no hope in this world, that cross and resurrection at the core of the Gospel is the only hope for humanity. Wherever you go, ask God for wisdom on how to get that Gospel in, even in the toughest situations of life,” says Ravi Zacharias.
A young student of a university had a prompting of the Holy Spirit to minister to his roommate friend but was ashamed of being identified as a church boy. Incidentally, as he kept resisting the voice of the Spirit to minister to his friend, the sudden news of his death during a long holiday came to him. It was heartbreaking as he felt the guilt of not saving a soul when the opportunity was there for him to do so. He learnt his lessons, but it was too late.
Friend, are you a child of God? If your answer is yes, then you have a duty to preach the gospel to sinners around you before it is too late. Be not ashamed of the gospel of our Lord.

Prayer for today: Lord, help me to preach your word.
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
