TOPIC: CAN GOD TRUST YOU?
BIBLE TEXT: NUMBERS 12:3-8
3 (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)
4 And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.
5 And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.
6 And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.
7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.
8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?
KEY VERSE: “My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house” (Numbers 12:7).
MESSAGE:
We are living in a wicked world where people do not have regard for valuable characteristics like faithfulness. However, people love to associate with individuals that possess this important attribute. Everywhere in the world, faithful friends, partners and workers are desired but unfortunately, most people who desire faithfulness find it difficult to be faithful themselves. The Almighty God too loves to see faithfulness in us. God testified that Moses was a faithful man in the passage we read. To be faithful, therefore, is to be trustworthy, reliable, dependable, honest, truthful and loyal.
Christians are expected to be faithful in the midst of dubious and wicked people in the world. Although faithful living is not appreciated in our society, but as Christians, we should be different because we are the light and salt of the world.

You may be hated for being truthful and honest, some people may not even appreciate you. Do not be discouraged because God recognizes and rewards faithfulness. He will also defend and help His faithful children to overcome difficulties in life, but you must be faithful.
Can God count on you to be faithful and trustworthy even in the corrupt society today? Be truthful, honest and faithful in all things!
PRAYER: Lord, help me to live a holy and faithful life all the days of my l.ife

1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
