DCLM Sincere Milk 12 June 2025 Devotional by Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — God’s Unlimited Wisdom

Topic: God’s Unlimited Wisdom

Text: Romans 11:33-36

33O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

34For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

35Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

36For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

KEY VERSE: “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!” Romans 11:33

Message

Lydia loved asking questions about everything. She wondered about the sky, flowers, and stars. When she visited her wise grandmother, whom they called grandma Rose, Lydia would ask many questions about nature. Grandma Rose would patiently explain, sharing stories and examples. Lydia listened closely, learning a lot. Lydia was amazed and hugged her grandma, saying, “Grandma, you know everything!” Grandma Rose giggled and replied, “Oh, my dear Lydia, I may know a few things, but there is Someone Who knows far more than me. God, our heavenly Father, has the endless wisdom and His understanding is beyond measure. Whenever we have questions or need guidance, we can turn to Him and He will always provide the answers we seek.”

GOSPEL REALM: STEPS TO SALVATION
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
