Topic: Hell Fire Is Real!
Text: Psalms 9:15-17
15The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.
17The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

Message
Mary turned and twisted on the bed. Her body was covered in sweat! She kept on making strange sounds and mumbling some words in her sleep. Suddenly she woke up screaming “No, No, leave me alone!”. Her mother heard her screams and rushed to her room. She met her seated on the bed crying and saying “I don’t want to go to hell fire!” her mother cradled her in her arms and tried to comfort her. She told her mother how she saw herself at the brink of hell and how demons tortured and beat the people in hell fire both young and old! She could still hear the screams of the people as they were being tortured.

“Mummy, please I don’t want to go to hell fire. One of the demons almost threw me inside before I woke up”. Her mother led her to accept Jesus as Saviour and Lord. Mary gladly repented of her sins and accepted Jesus into her life.
Hell fire is as real as the earth we live in. Do not be deceived, all sinners shall have their part in the lake of fire that burns with fire and brimstone. Therefore, all sinful boys and girls must repent before it is too late. God is not interested in throwing sinners to hell fire. His desire is that everyone repent and surrender unto Him. Do that now and you will escape hell fire.

Prayer for today: Heavenly Father, please help me not to do things that will take me to hell fire.
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
