Message
The popular saying “whatever is worth doing at all is worth doing well” means giving our best in everything we do. Whether it is helping out in doing house chores, or school work, we give it our all. Instead of rushing or doing an untidy job, we take our time, focus, and do our very best. Let us determine to always give our best in everything, big or small, and aim for excellence!

Always give attention to details in everything you do. God wants us to use our time wisely because time is precious and waits for no man. When we put our energy and passion into our tasks, we not only succeed but also bring joy to God.
As friends of Jesus, doing things well can change the world. We should not hold back kindness from others. Serve God with all your energy, like it is your last chance. Use your talents to help in God’s house and share Jesus’ love with those who do not know Him in your school and community. Remember that there are rewards for faithful and profitable service.

Prayer for today: Help me oh Lord to give my best in everything I do.
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
