Message
A traffic light signal with the colour green means it is safe to go. Also, a green light is also permission to proceed or to do something. Most growing plants are green by nature. However, when such plants changes from green to yellow or brownish, it means they are dead. Colour green in the Bible is associated with abundant life, growth and fruitfulness.

This is why green colour of the wordless book is used to illustrate spiritual growth and productivity. When a sinner repents, asks for forgiveness and cleansing in the blood of Jesus, he becomes a new creature and a child of God. To help him grow in grace, he must daily spend time to pray, read God’s word, meditate on it and strive to obey its instructions. It is also important that such a child must live a holy life. All these spiritual exercises will serve as evidence that the child is growing in faith and prepared for heaven.
Through constant meditation on God’s word, you will receive the “green light” (profitable instructions) that will guide you in life’s journey.
PRAYER: Lord, as I go out each day show me the green light to my blessing.

1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
