TOPIC: THE UNSTOPPABLE PROJECT
TEXT: NEHEMIAH 6:15-19
15So the wall was finished in the twenty and fifth day of the month Elul, in fifty and two days.
16And it came to pass, that when all our enemies heard thereof, and all the heathen that were about us saw these things, they were much cast down in their own eyes: for they perceived that this work was wrought of our God.
17Moreover in those days the nobles of Judah sent many letters unto Tobiah, and the letters of Tobiah came unto them.
18For there were many in Judah sworn unto him, because he was the son in law of Shechaniah the son of Arah; and his son Johanan had taken the daughter of Meshullam the son of Berechiah.
19Also they reported his good deeds before me, and uttered my words to him. And Tobiah sent letters to put me in fear.
Key Verse: “And it came to pass, that when all our enemies heard thereof, and all the heathen that were about us saw these things, they were much cast down in their own eyes: for they perceived that this work was wrought of our God” (Nehemiah 6:16).
MESSAGE:
It is wonderful to know that our God is great and mighty in power. God cannot fail and whatever He is determined to do, no one can stop Him. He is unstoppable. Look through all the projects of God; none of them became an abandoned project. For example, Satan tried hard to stop Jesus’ coming to this world to fulfil God’s redemptive (salvation) plan for us, but he was disappointed.
As a child of God, you are created in the image of God and you are also redeemed by the blood of His precious Son, Jesus. God has deposited power in you. Who then can stop you from fulfilling the purpose of God for your life? No one, not even the devil. Notwithstanding oppositions from Sambalat, Tobiah and their gang against Nehemiah and other faithful children of God with him, the God-given assignment was concluded.
As long as you are serving God in holiness and righteousness, no one can stop any project that is meant to glorify God in your life. You will finish well. Go out today and every day of your life in the strength and power of God. You are unstoppable!
Prayer: O Lord, my God, help me to serve You faithfully so that I can fulfill Your purpose for my life.

4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
