Key Verse: “But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14

Message

Jesus says “let the children come to me.” This is the focus of the message in our Bible passage. Here, some children were brought to Jesus but His disciples stopped them. Then Jesus rebuked them letting them know that children have a place in God’s kingdom. God so loved the world and you are part of the world, meaning that God died for you and He has good plans for you. Jesus is deeply concerned about your salvation and spiritual wellbeing. You’re not too small to serve God, preach, be filled with the Holy Ghost and do many other things for God that you see adults do.

Jehoash became King at age seven, God called Samuel at a very tender age and even gave him a message to give old prophet Eli. God doesn’t work with age because He’s no respecter of persons and He rewards those that diligently seek Him. Move today with the consciousness that God loves you very much and is interested in you. Surrender your life by repenting and accepting Jesus as your personal Saviour and Lord.

Prayer for today: Lord Jesus, I willingly surrender myself to You.

GOSPEL REALM: STEPS TO SALVATION
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
