17And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

18And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

19And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

KEY VERSE: “And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” Matthew 16:18

Message

Building a durable structure takes time, effort and patience. Builders carefully plan each step, making sure everything is strong and secure. Jesus is building His church, and He invites us to be part of that great work. He has given us the tools; His word, His love, and His Holy Spirit to help others find Him and become part of His family. Every time you pray for someone, every time you encourage them to know Jesus, you are helping to build God’s kingdom.

Building God’s kingdom is not just about going to church or listening to a sermon; it is about living out God’s love every day and sharing that love with others. When we share the gospel, show kindness, and help others, we are part of something much bigger than ourselves. Be a part of the people who are building God’s kingdom from today and the Lord will bless you abundantly.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

Lord, make me a builder in Your kingdom.

GOSPEL REALM: STEPS TO SALVATION
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
