TOPIC: GOD CREATED THEM ALL

TEXT: GENESIS 1:1-10

1Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.

2The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.

3And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.

4And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.

5By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.

6And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.

7And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtecha: and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.

8And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.

9He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.

10And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

MESSAGE:

Brenda wondered why Grandpa was so fond of telling the story of creation to them, his grandchildren. “Grandpa, you have told us this story over and over again, why?” “My son, it is because some other people, in their limited understanding, have told wrong stories about the creation of the world. Some said humans came through apes – (wild monkeys).

“Others said there was a big bang like thunder and everything came into life. Such people have said many things about the creation of the world because they do not want to give God the glory for making this beautiful world.”

The Bible opens with this phrase: “In the beginning God created…” (Genesis 1:1). This is the only true and reliable story about the creation of the world. No monkey has turned to man since then.

A bang or a sudden loud noise, cannot create the orderliness we see in the world. It is only a Supernatural Being that can put everything in its rightful place. The sun, moon, stars and others are in their right courses. The air we breathe is in the right mix. The sea and the land maintain their right sizes.

You have to give God the glory for all He has done. Praise Him for His wonderful works. Beside these, praise Him for making you so wonderfully. Let your life glorify the Lord. Sing His praise, worship Him and show forth the beauty of His holiness.

Prayer: Thank You Lord, for creating a beautiful world for us to dwell in.

GOSPEL REALM: STEPS TO SALVATION
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
