1In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
3And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
Key Verse: “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” Genesis 1:3
Message
God created the world out of nothing. Everything was made by His spoken word. God said, “let there be light: and there was light.” This shows the power of God over all the things that He created. There is power in the spoken word of God. He spoke everything you see today into existence and they will remain till the end of the world. God also created you in His own image and likeness and therefore, you also have the power to speak things into existence just like God. But that will only be possible if you are a true friend of Jesus. To be His friend, repent of your sins and accept Him as your personal Saviour and Lord.

As a believer, you have the power to speak success into existence, to speak healing into existence, to speak breakthrough into existence, to speak favour and blessings into existence, to speak all good things into existence. There is power in your tongue. Say it and see it done by faith. It is important to know that we cannot just speak things into existence in a careless and unserious manner.
You have to be a prayerful child, live holy, read your Bible every day, believe God’s promises, commit the word of God to memory, meditate on its content, confess the word and act on its commandments.

Prayer for today: Lord, give me power and wisdom to speak into existence all the good things You have promised me.
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
