Bible Reading: Acts 8:4-8 (KJV)
4Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.
5Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.
6And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did.
7For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.
8And there was great joy in that city.

Message
Tony was truly born again, and in obedience to the command of the Lord Jesus Christ in Mark 16:15 he was always preaching the gospel. One day, Tony gave Hamed, his classmate, a Christian magazine.
Hamed collected and tore the magazine into shreds and threw its shredded pieces at Tony, warning him never to preach to him or give him anything about Jesus anymore! Some days later, during the lunch break period, Tony observed that Hamed remained unusually quiet as he sat at his desk, looking frail and hungry.
Having asked him, Tony discovered that Hamed was indeed very hungry and weak because he and his family were going through some hardship.
Tony comforted him, shared his lunch with him and further promised to always share his lunch with him anytime he did not come to school with food. Hamed wondered why Tony was so kind to him despite his bad attitude to him. Then Tony used the opportunity to preach about Jesus to him and led him to Jesus through prayer of repentance. Hamed became a true friend of Jesus from that day.
Soul winning is the primary assignment of all friends of Jesus. Follow the example of Philip the evangelist and preach the love of Jesus to your class mates, friends, play mates, neighbours and everyone that come your way. God will reward you greatly.
Dear Father in heaven, please help me to always warn the sinful ones and point them to Jesus the only Saviour of the world.

1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)

4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
