BIBLE TEXT: ACTS 10:34-37
34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)
37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;
KEY VERSE: “Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons” (Acts 10:34).
MESSAGE:
God is fair to everyone, He is not partial. What He did for one person, He can do for others too. Enoch was a sinner just like everyone in his time for some years. But a time came in his life when he chose to be different. He started to walk with God and lived a life of obedience to God. His life so much pleased God, that God took him to heaven without dying (rapture). Enoch had the privilege of enjoying an experience that was not meant for people of his time.
God is ready to help you too. He wants to help you say ‘NO!’ to the devil, and suggestions to do evil. He has promises for you to be righteous, succeed in your academics, live a healthy life, have your godly desires fulfilled, and make it to heaven just like Enoch.
You must become a friend of Jesus, if you are not yet one. Make up your mind to be different. Live a life that makes God happy. Be hardworking and trust in God. You too can stand for what is right like Daniel. Like Joseph, you can overcome temptations, have your dreams fulfilled, and be all that God wants you to be. Yes! You can.
PRAYER: Dear God, I give my heart to You. Help me to live a life that pleases You and be who You want me to be in Jesus’ Name.

1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
