3If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
4The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

Message
How far is heaven from earth? This is a question no man can answer. The Bible makes us to understand that heaven is a beautiful and holy place where God lives. From there, He oversees the whole planets in the Universe. Probably scientists are trying to find out where heaven is by sending astronauts to the moon and other planets but they have not succeeded. No one can search God out. He is awesome and His ways are past finding out.
He tries our heart to see if we are walking in accordance to His will. God sees everything you do whether in secret or in the open and that is why you cannot hide from God. His desire is for everyone to repent, be free from sin, remain pure and ready to live with Him in heaven at last. Another opportunity is open to you to identify with God and repent of your sins, as you genuinely repent, the Lord will have mercy upon you, then you will begin to receive divine protection and guidance in all you do.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Lord, I desire to live with you in heaven, help me to live a life pleasing unto you.
FURTHER READING
Isaiah 40:21,22
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
