DCLM Sincere Milk 13 June 2026 — It is Finished
DCLM Sincere Milk 13 June 2026 Devotional by Pastor W. F. Kumuyi — It is Finished
Topic: It is Finished
Bible Reading: Psalm 91:1-7 (KJV)
KEY VERSE: “When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.” John 19:30
Message
It is finished means it is done, it is completed or it is accomplished. Nothing else is left undone. This was the statement of Jesus Christ after His suffering, the shedding of His blood and shortly before His death on the cross for the sins of the whole world.
This statement means that the work and the sacrifice for the sins of the world is totally completed by Jesus Christ. No other sacrifice besides Christ’s is needed anymore. Through the complete sacrifice of Jesus Christ, as a sinful child, you can now live a life free from sin through repentance and cleansing in Jesus’ blood. If you are a saved child already, you can also freely have your heart cleansed and sanctified by the same blood of Jesus as you ask for it.
Healing, constant good health, divine protection, preservation, provision, deliverance, breakthrough and victories are all freely made available for you through the finished work of Jesus Christ. Trust in the finished work of Jesus and be a beneficiary of the blessings as you ask for it now in faith, and you will surely receive.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Lord Jesus, please wash me in your blood and give me clean hands and a pure heart.

Hebrew 14:12
1. Admit that you are a sinner. "For all [humans] have sinned, and comes short of the glory of God....[and] the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent now. "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out ...[for] if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (Acts 3:19, 1 John 1:9)
3. Believe that God loves you and Jesus died for you. "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet Sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
4. Invite Jesus into your life through prayer of faith. Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20)
